DESCRIPTION:CGSW Racing is a non-profit organization dedicated to get the North County Community moving. Join the movement and participate in this summer's Hoswegatchie Duathlon Series\, hosted by Hosmer's Marina in the heart of Ogdensburg\, along the shores of the Oswegatchie!\n\n\n\nThe Duathlon will consist of a 1.5 mile Run\, 8 mile Bike\, and 1.5 mile Run on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm (sharp)\, on June 14\, July 12\, and Aug 9\, 2023. Race participation is for ages 13+ and is encouraged for beginners to experienced community members. Helmets are required for the bike portion of the race.\n\n\n\nTo pre-register\, visit CGSW Racing's Facebook Page to download a release form\, or pick up a form at any of their sponsor's place of business. 2023 Sponsors Include: Hosmer's Marina (and host!)\, The City of Ogdensburg\, & Pepsi Cola Ogdensburg Bottlers.
