DESCRIPTION:Please share this important information! The Seaway Parkinson's Coalition will be presenting a free Parkinson's Seminar Day for the community on Thursday\, November 14\, 2019. The seminar will be held at Cheel Center\, of Clarkson University\, from 10:00 - 3:00\, with registration beginning at 9:30\, in the Barben Rooms\, and a free lunch is included\, to those who pre-register by emailing\, ctowler@clarkson.edu\, by Nov 11\, 2019. The speakers for this free seminar will include a Johns Hopkins Neurologist\, Matthew Peters MD\; Sarah Collins MS CCC-SLP Speech and Language Pathologist\; Rebecca Martin PT\, DPT\, Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy\; Bing Thomas\, Healthy Way\; and Samantha Jones Hospice and Palliative Care. Clarkson University\, Massena Savings and Loan\, Seacomm\, and Walmart\, along with the Coalition\, are sponsoring this event. The seminar is open to everyone interested\; however\, it is geared toward those dealing with Parkinson's and their caregivers. Please pre-register for planning purposes and the free lunch\; however\, you will not be turned away at the door.
