""JUST Egg"" is Non-GMO\, Egg-free\, Cholesterol-free\, and Gluten-free. At 5 grams of protein per serving it compares well with the 6 grams contained in an egg. This versatile product is a great alternative for those with egg allergies or wish to avoid eggs. Use it to make French toast\, an omelette\, or a breakfast quesadilla or burrito. Delicious scrambled with home fries\, veggies\, and meat (or your favorite meat substitute)\, and also with fried rice.
