On Thursday\, December 7th from 3:30 - 5:30pm Curried Chickpeas will be offered for sampling\, along with Meal-Kits to go. This delicious recipe features chickpeas that are seasoned with an Indian spice blend and coconut milk. This rich and comforting meal is delicious served with rice. The meal kit includes just about everything you need to make this satisfying meal in about 30 minutes. It is gluten-free\, lactose-free\, & vegan. For the entire month of December Meal-Kits for Curried Chickpeas will be available at the Co-op for purchase.
