DESCRIPTION:August's "Dinner's in the Bag!" at the Potsdam Food Co-op will feature Mediterranean Bulgur Bake. This simple meal with feta\, tomatoes\, simple spicing\, and quick cooking bulgur creates a dinner ready in 30 minutes. Easy one bowl preparation delivers a complete meal when accompanying your meat of choice or a large salad. Samples will be offered by Big Spoon Kitchen at the 1st Thursday Sampling on August 2nd from 3:30 - 5:30 pm. Meal-Kits will also be available all month for purchase\, complete with the recipe and Co-op ingredients to make the meal at home. Each month "Dinner's in the Bag!" will present a new recipe to try\, along with the ingredients to take home and create yourself. The Meal-Kits offer the convenience of having everything gathered with all that is needed to make a quick and nutritious meal in your own kitchen\, no planning required. The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery is located at 24 Elm St. and is open daily from 8am to 7pm. It is a member-owned cooperative grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.
