These beans are vegan and prepared so they are easier on the digestive system. They are made with non-GMO ingredients and are also free of nuts\, soy\, and gluten. The Co-op will offer five flavors to sample\; Cuban Black\, Skillet Refried Red\, Uncanny Refried Black\, Three Sisters Chili\, and Roasted Chipotle. All are on sale in the store during the month of May. Also being sampled is vanilla flavored organic Chameleon Cold Brew coffee\, also on sale this month. Cold brewing reduces the level of acidity in coffee\, making it easy on the stomach. This coffee is bold on flavor and contains more caffeine than hot brewed coffee.
