DESCRIPTION:Family\, food and fun are the focus of an upcoming fall festival planned for the small village of Rensselaer Falls\, located in the town of Canton. \n\n\n\nWe are going to have everything from hot dog eating contests\, frog jumping contests\, concession sales\, bounce houses\, carnival games\, a pig walk\, a cornhole tournament\, different relay races and face painting. \nThe festival's first major event is a feature on Fobare's\, which will offer a unique barbecue menu including sweet corn\, roasted peanuts and pulled pork from 6 to 10 p.m.\n\nFriday will also feature live music from the Waydown Wailers from 6 to 10 p.m.\, big wheel races\, a Texas horseshoe tournament and fireworks on the bridge in the village at dusk.\n\nOn Saturday\, a craft show will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.\, there will be a parade at 11 a.m. and more family games and activities will be available throughout the day. There will be more live music from Rob Larrabee and Donald Woodcock\, and the fire department will operate a beer tent Friday and Saturday nights.
