Raw Milk Sharp Cheddar is aged 12-18 months and its full flavor lingers on the palette. Habanero Cheddar\, a pasteurized cheese\, is a hot and spicy cheddar with a speckled orange appearance. Neighborly Farms is a completely organic farmstead and produces 11 organic cheeses that all use vegetable rennet.
