Reagan\, longtime managing editor or the Ogdensburg Journal and Sunday Advanced News\, will discuss his book chronicling the early days of Prohibition in communities across St. Lawrence County. \n\n\n\nAfter the presentation\, autographed books will be available for purchase and sampling of the non-alcoholic period cocktails.
